Plans underway to build further greenhouse
Funding received for community greenhouse
31 May 2010
Sam, Sophie, Jack, Chloe and Harry - Thanks to your kind generosity, plans are now underway to commence building our 3rd community greenhouse in July.
The village participating in our pilot greenhouse project is located in a remote part of Ladakh accessible only by foot. Due to inhospitable climate and terrain, growing fresh food is not possible for the community.
Parents can now learn the skills to grow fresh nutritious vegetables year round and to feed their children for many years to come. Thank you for supporting our greenhouse project!
