our approach

Our projects are determined on a case by case basis after consultation with local leaders to determine how and where we can best assist.

Our initiatives are focused on lending a hand up as opposed to giving a hand out.

Our aim is to empower villagers to have an effective voice in decision making, to enjoy equal rights status and become involved.

We are guided by a respect for local communities, their environment and traditional way of life. Our focus is on preservation and enhancement not change.

We believe that investing in education and training is one of the best ways to eradicate poverty and help communities access resources and skills to build sustainable futures.
